Facilitation Services - Strategy planning sessions

We have considerable experience in designing and facilitating highly effective Strategic planning sessions. We work with our clients to understand fully their strategy planning cycles before designing any bespoke workshops. Our facilitators have considerable experience in strategy planning and come equipped with popular/effective concepts / frameworks. Typically we would use some of the following frameworks:-

• PEST analysis
• SWOT analysis
• Porter five market forces
• Product life-cycle analysis
• Ansoff’s matrix
• Scenario planning
• Cultural analysis

We create intensive, well controlled, logically flowing workshops which immerse attendees into the issues and opportunities that surround their organisations/businesses. Our facilitators will also act as active questioners - asking “dumb questions, but actually useful questions” which stimulate challenges to conventional thinking and plans.

We can work with pre-existing templates for strategic goals, key performance indicators etc or we can use our own “A3” page strategy format (essentially a concise and easy to digest strategy summary for each unit of organisation).

We can also advise on the cascade of strategic/ operational planning throughout your organisation. In particular we can help you design a “catch-ball” approach were “what is required” is largely defined, but “how it will be delivered” is not and is largely decided by lower level units of the organisation.
